Job Requirements of Corporate Environmental Specialist:
- 3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.
- Experience in State Environmental Agencies and EPA CDX Reporting databases.
- Experience in POTW wastewater permits, Lifetime Operating Permits, Title V Permits, General Industrial Stormwater Permits, and SPCC Plans.
- BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.
- Work can be performed within a manufacturing plant environment with noise, extreme temperatures, and significant movement of powered equipment, people and conveyor (may depend on the role).
- Work conditions are typical of an office environment.
- This role does not require any domestic travel
- Position may require the physical agility of lifting up to 15 pounds

Corporate Environmental Specialist
This role will support the Corporate Environmental Manager for environmental tasks. Environmental tasks will support Corporate and ten (10) North American facilities. This role will also support the Corporate Sustainability Manager in sustainability related projects and tasks for North America.

- Job is an individual contributor and has no direct reports.
- Assists in development of environmental audits which includes Air Compliance, Regulated Waste, Wastewater Compliance, Stormwater Management, SPCC Management, Aboveground Storage Tank Compliance and Risk Mitigation Plans.
- Assists the North American facilities with Tier 2 Reporting, TRI, and Annual Air Emission Reports.
- Manages the Environmental Compliance Calendar and Action Tracking within Benchmark.
- Development of EHSMS documentation for OSI North American Facilities
- Creates and manages environmental action plans for OSI North American Facilities
- Interacts with facility EHS managers to ensure environmental compliance tasks are understood and completed timely.
- This role reports to the Corporate Environmental Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
