Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Assist in all Continuous Improvement initiatives at OSI Chicago.

MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
(i.e., Policies, procedures, goals, etc. for which you are responsible.)

  • Assist in the transition to real time use of Northwest Analytics (NWA).
  • Participate in on-going Continuous Improvement projects (data collection, data analysis).
  • Review and update all Chicago specifications with QA, Accounting, and Operations; centralize all specifications on OSI database.
  • Offer Process Control Analyst recommendations for potential improvements to the overall production process.
  • Create and update functioning production databases.
  • Fulfill customer sample requests.
  • Complete weekly KPI tracking and KPI weekly reports.
  • Participate in new product meetings and new product commercialization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
