Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY 

Provide courteous and efficient telephone and personal reception to both internal and external customers. Project a professional attitude and appearance. Provide assistance for general office activities performing duties as described below.

MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

(Essential duties for which this position is responsible.) 

  • Answers phone and directs callers to appropriate people.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate people.
  • Maintain visitor welcome board.
  • Manage the internal employees sales
  • Open and distribute mail on a daily basis.
  • Provide backup and assistance to Operations Assistant as required.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and prepare purchase orders to replenish supplies.
  • Prepare purchase orders in SAP as necessary for various supplies and materials.
  • Provide assistance for Accounts Payable performing duties such as
  1. Matching of invoices and receipts
  2. Assisting with processing of temporary labor time tickets
  • Other duties as necessary.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS 


High School diploma or GED required.


Two or more years experience in a similar position.


Familiarity with computers and spreadsheets preferred.


Able to communicate in English – Bilingual is a plus
