Job Description


Responsible for supporting full life cycle recruitment and sourcing activities as well as general employee relations activity as directed.


  • Assist in the application process; set up interviews, set up drug screens, initiate background checks.
  • Create requisitions and disposition candidates as needed.
  • Process HRIS data entry; enter new hires, terminations, promotions, employee changes, and rate increases.
  • Post announcements as well as union vacancies internally.
  • Assist in the facilitation of new hire orientation.
  • Assist in tracking attendance records, vacations, and leave of absences.
  • Mail FMLA documentation as directed.
  • Create reports around relevant Human Resource data.
  • Review employee timecards, reconcile timecards, and approve timecards as needed.
  • Monitor the attendance line as needed.
  • Maintain employment files.
  • Perform employee verifications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management preferred or equivalent knowledge, skills and ability. Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational and interpersonal skills.
