POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting supervisor and co-workers perform a variety of tasks associated with the production and manufacture of sausage products.

MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

(Essential duties for which this position is responsible.) 

• Perform all jobs in a manner that assures maximum possible personal safety, food safety and product quality.
• Tasks include product grading, packaging, palletizing, and transporting product to cooler.
• Perform all tasks which require the ability to complete and accurately evaluate paperwork.
• Perform tasks including evaluating product against performance and quality specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work in noisy, extreme hot and/or cold environments.
