Job Description

Responsible for the design, development, implementation and delivery of US company training programs at various levels throughout the organization. Responsible for full lifecycle of training and development programs from end to end solutions through partnership on specific learning and development needs to the US business. Proactively identifies opportunities for learning to enhance business processes and increase leadership capabilities across the organization.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Partners with business leaders to identify training and development needs and effectively translates those needs into learning and development strategies.

  • Recommends learning programs to address organizational capability gaps and employee development needs.

  • Develops, delivers or sources training programs across the US organization.

  • Develops and prepares training materials such as participant guides/manuals, handouts, visual aids, multi-media materials and evaluation forms.

  • Maintains tracking system and/or learning management system (LMS) to ensure accurate employee training records, track training needs and collect evaluation results.

  • Continually monitors the effectiveness of programs; recommends new approaches to improve, update or enhance services offered.

  • Analyze internal business customer satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction data as well as the monitored data; performs root cause analysis to recommend solutions. Updates the training as applicable to the business needs

  • Conducts satisfaction survey to gather feedback on training sessions and takes action to improve.

  • Training liaison with functional leadership regarding Corporate Responsibility and Supplier Performance Index requirements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • A minimum of seven (7)+ years of professional experience in employee training and development, with relevant manufacturing training experience a plus.

  • Strong classroom instruction and facilitation skills.

  • Knowledge of instructional design, content development and adult learning techniques and theory.

  • Experienced in conducting needs assessment and evaluation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or related area.

  • Experience with Learning Management System such as ALCHEMY, SABA, or similar systems.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
