Job Requirements of Lead:
- HS Diploma
- Basic computer knowledge and be familiar with SAP
- Must be willing to work any shift assigned.
- Work is generally performed within a manufacturing environment subjected to temperatures of cold and warm along with wearing the proper PPE, with standard office equipment available along with plant manufacturing environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands or finger, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, or controls; may be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision to a computer screen.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for ensuring the correct number of employees are in position to run the line.
- Delegate each employee their tasks for the day.
- Ensure all employees are working according to all Safety and GMP regulations.
- Responsible for sending employees to breaks and lunches.
- Inform supervisor of any inconsistencies.
- Train employees on GMP and Safety policies.
- Train employees on SOP’s
- Conduct alchemy training.
- Inspect and document pre-operational safety and cleanliness.
- Monitor the assembly of equipment and be able help assemble and operate all equipment on the line.
- Test all equipment and inform maintenance of necessary repairs on the machinery prior to starting production
- Verify and document that equipment is properly set up.
- Prepare necessary documentation for the day.
- Monitor and control machine settings as needed.
- Monitor and record product and process data to ensure compliance.
- Monitor, document, and take action on downtime.
- Report any damage to or failure on equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
