Specialist – Sr. Change Management &Org Effectiveness

OSI Group Aurora, IL (Onsite) Full-Time

The Organization Effectiveness and Change Management role is responsible for 
building change capability throughout the organization and leading change on critical 
initiatives. This role will focus on the people side of change, bringing empathy and 
change leadership to leaders, processes, systems, and technologies. The ideal 
candidate has experience in a transformational /change management role, knowledge 
of engagement best practices for sustainable change, the ability to learn and coach 
others to use the OSI Change Framework and Toolkit, is skilled at supporting business 
narratives (story-telling, rationales), and facilitating and building necessary 
communication and training collateral.

 Build change capability in the organization by utilizing a structured 
methodology and coaching leaders on change and other organization 
effectiveness initiatives. 
 Utilize OSI’s change management framework and toolkit to support change 
initiatives and business. 
 Provide training and support related to the Change Management Framework; 
act as a hands-on resource when needed to design and drive execution of 
plans (e.g., develop strategic communications and training strategies, plans, 
and deliverables). 
 Support a culture of change management excellence by translating business 
and project change needs into practical plans.  
 Identify key stakeholders, builds collaborative relationships, leads with 
empathy and facilitates alignment and understanding. 
 Create strong change plans and ensure a sustainable process is in place to 
perpetuate change. 
 Develop the communication strategy and create email announcements, 
promotional materials, prepare/conduct updates and training materials (e.g., 
Case for change, internal presentation materials, training documents, key 
speaking points, guidelines, FAQs) to promote organizational understanding, 
engagement, and support.  
 Help define key success metrics related to change. 
 Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels 
of the organization. 
 This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice 
appropriate safety procedures. This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by 
following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws. 
 Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of experience with change management or related field is preferred. 
 Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products. 
 Robust understanding and familiarity with change management frameworks 
and processes. 
 Meeting Design and Facilitation. 
 Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to communicate 
effectively with diverse groups of employees. 
 Empathetic approach, sense of urgency and collaborative team style. 
 Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and timely project completions. 
 Ability to exercise independent judgment and carry out responsibilities with 
minimum direction. 
 Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving tools and techniques 
 Outstanding time-management skills and ability to prioritize work. 
 Effective verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.

BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.
 Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or related field preferred

Work is generally performed within a business professional office environment, 
with standard office equipment available.
 Work conditions are typical of an office environment.
 This role requires both domestic and international travel.
 Position may require the physical agility of lifting up to 15 pounds 
 Position may require frequent and/or infrequent of bending, squatting, pushing, 
pulling, stretching/reaching, use hands or fingers, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, 
controls and standing/walking on concrete flooring. 
 Position may require the physical ability to stand/walk for Less than 4 hours
